Accounts & Operations Executive

Location - Navi Mumbai / Remote

Velonix Lubetech is looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts & Operations Executive to handle key financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our financial records are accurate and compliant while providing essential support to our sales and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial reconciliation, GST compliance, and related paperwork.

Track and resolve payment inquiries with distributors.

Provide financial and operational reports.

Coordinate shipment tracking with logistics partners.

Act as the main point of contact for the field sales team for financial and logistics questions.

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a similar role.

Proficiency with Tally or other accounting software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Senior Sales Executive

Location - Multiple

Velonix Lubetech is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to be a key brand ambassador in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a road warrior, passionate about building a strong on-ground presence and driving sales through strategic network development and direct market interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel extensively to build and maintain a strong distributor network.

Act as the company’s brand ambassador, interacting with distributors, retailers, and mechanics.

Organise sales drives and promotional events for boosting sales.

Drive sales targets and implement effective sales strategies.

Report sales activities, market feedback, and competitor movements.

Required Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years in the lubricants or a related industrial sector.

Proven ability to build and manage a distributor network.

Strong existing contacts in the assigned territory are preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
